Open to both Mu Sigma Members and Non-Members
 
Light refreshments and food will be provided. The event is being offered in Hybrid format so you have the option to attend in-person or via zoom. More information on presenters will be provided in early February.

The seminar is open to active and inactive Mu Sigma as well as none Mu Sigma members, so we encourage you to invite your friends, colleagues, and students. We have also attached a poster for the event and QR code for registration to help spread the word. 
 
Call for presenters:
If your are interesting in presenting a 10 minute oral research presentation on this theme please send your name, email, topic, and a short abstract (~250 words) by February 8, 2026 to musigma@ualberta.ca. Please label this email February Research Seminar abstract submission. Currently, we are planning for approximately 6 presenters with 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. We will notify you February 11, 2026 if your abstract is accepted.
